It's rare that the owner of the business is hands on. I loved the fact he showed up, gave a very reasonable free quote. We decided to use them. I was scheduled for service really quickly and they got the job done. The guys are very efficient, they took pride in the job they were doing, and are very friendly and professional. Had a relatively small job (fixing one busted faucet), and they got to it right away. Arrived when they said they would, had all the necessary parts, friendly, explained options, and fixed it in a jiffy. Better yet: invoicing via email for online payment! Wasn't more expensive than I was expecting, either. Definitely recommend!
Dan has been wonderful to deal with. He came to fix my toilet and unclogged both of my tubs. He was here the same day I called. Which was great, with 8 people in the house. My well pump was on its way out so I called Okie Construction and Plumbing and they got me scheduled and sent out Blaine and Bubba. They showed up and were very courteous and even helped me pull a newborn calf before they got to work! They were very kind and personable and did an excellent and quick job getting a new well pump installed and up and running.
